I was glad to learn about these two limited time offers from two of my favorite stores - CompUSA and TigerDirect.com - offering $1.99 flat rate shipping for a limited time. I think minimum purchase limit set at $100 only is legit and there is a weight limit of 50lbs as well. Both deals are good if you want to save on Laptops, Computers or Consumer Electronics. offers expire on 11/26/08.
